Das Château Cap de Fouste befindet sich im Herzen des Roussillon und ist seit 1860 ein wichtiger Teil der Geschichte des katalanischen Landes.
Die außergewöhnliche hohe Zahl an Sonnenscheinstunden und die kühlen, luftigen Tramontana Winde prägen das Mikroklima und das Terroir mit seinen fantastischen Vorzügen.
Ein Klima, dass manchmal eisig oder manchmal tropisch und erstickend ist....
Seit 50 Jahren produzieren der Vignerons Catalans aus Perpignan schöne Landweine aus der Region Languedoc und Roussillon.
